- Oktatás célja
- Building on the foundations acquired in Corporate Finance I, this course aims to further explore topics related to corporate finance and investment. In the first part, students will learn about the fundamental principles, theories, and models for measuring and estimating the risk and expected return of investments and financial assets. Building on this foundation, the second part will cover additional topics in corporate finance, including the cost of capital, financing decisions, capital structure policy, and dividend and cash management policy. Intended Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this course, students should be able to: Understand the fundamental principles of estimating the expected returns of financial assets and apply these principles in basic market scenarios. Comprehend the concept of financing and solve problems under simplified market conditions.
