- An introduction to American visual culture studies.
- Tantárgy tartalma
- The investigation of various forms of visual cultural products such as: visual culture theory, semiotics, film, photography, advertisement, media, literature.

- Requirements: active in-class participation, 2 presentations (15-20 minutes, (PP pres. w. images!)), 2 tests. Failure to appear on day of presentation or tests will make your course incomplete. Coming to class without having read the texts counts as an absence. Grading: in-class participation, presentations, test grades.
