- Aim and content: The aim of this course to get familiar with the framework of policy analysis focusing on minority policies. The students can master the main concepts about the relation between minority and the dominant groups and the categorization of minorities in a theoretical/historical context. Through case studies they gain a practical knowledge about policy analysis with special focus on minority groups inside and outside the European Union. Throughout the course the student has to read articles and book chapters weekly and answering the previously uploaded questions and debating points. In pairs the students need to prepare a presentation concerning a chosen topic in the field and write a final paper on that. The final paper should be min 5 maximum 10 pages.
