Oktatás célja
The students gain knowledge about the university structure and culture of ELTE. Foreign students receive country specific information that help their integration into the Hungarian educational system. They are aware of the possibilities of their career development at the university. They are aware and they are familiar with the infrastructural facilities of the university; the scientific work: ongoing researches and projects they can join to; conferences, Conferences of the National Scientific Students' Associations. They have a profound knowledge about time management, stress management, learning techniques, presentational skills that can help and support their academic achievement, and prepare them to become successful professionals. They are able to cooperate in a team- based environment, to work alongside people from different cultural backgrounds, initiate a collaboration and work in a team. They are aware of the basics of team and project-management.

Requirements of the subject in the semester 1. Attendance on practices: both the training classes and on the mentor classes (maximum 3 absences are allowed on each). When online, working audio and video is required. 2. Filling out a specific questionnaire 2 times per year, the due dates of the questionnaires and the instructions will be provided on the classes. 3. Writing a short self reflective essay. The topic is: what did I learn about myself in those areas that we discussed during the semester.The formal requirements will be provided during the semester. in the exam period - Grading The final grade is determined based on the following method: participation on the practices and evaluating the final essay. The grades are determined with the following scale: Excellent (5)     Participating on  > 75% of the practices, filling out both questionnaires on due time,  writing the short eassay Satisfactory(3)  Participating on > 75% of the practices, filling out both questionnaires Fail (1)             Participating on < 75% of the practices, not filling out the questionaires
