Leírás

The aim of the course is to present the methods and tools of the LEAN corporate governance philosophy. During the course, students get acquainted with the steps of creating a value flow map, knowledge of traditional Lean tools (5S, Andon system, principles of visual management, Poka Yoke, SMED, Pulling principle, JIT, Kanban, Jidoka, Heijunka, Kaizen, etc.). At the end of the course, students will be able to analyze and improve material flow systems according to the LEAN philosophy.

Oktatás célja

The aim of the course is to present the methods and tools of the LEAN corporate governance philosophy.
