- Oktatás célja
- Introduction of the casting processes based on sand casting and different mould casting, include die casting, pressure die casting and single crystal casting. Theory of forging and typical applications in the industry. Basics of forming processes (continuous extrusion, cold forming, cold heading, thread rolling). Overview of sheet-metal processes: shearing, forming, spinning, drawing, blending, incremental sheet forming. Joining processes: theory of welding, different technologies, flame and plasma cutting, thermal spraying. Students who meet the requirements of the course should be familiar with the main areas of chipless forming processes. In addition to the fields of casting, forging and plastic processing, he is also familiar with welding processes.
