- Oktatás célja
- Students meeting the requirements of the subject have sufficient knowledge of the methods of coordinate measurement, knowledge of the main measuring machine types and operating principles, the industrial applicability of coordinate measurement methods and operating limits.
- Tantárgy tartalma
- 1. Basic concepts of coordinate measurement, points, elements, coordinate systems, transformations, principles of global coordinate determination, measuring machine and industrial automation, location and application of the measuring machine in production 2. Robots and measuring machines, basic movements. Measuring machine types, basic characteristics, operational characteristics. 3. Tactile measurement technology, tactile probe types, structure and operation. 4. Measurement of shape and position tolerances, datum-basis, tolerances. 5. Optical and X-ray measuring machines, basic concepts. 6. Maintenance of coordinate measuring machines, part fixing kit types, basic elements and characteristics.
- Számonkérés és értékelés
- Requirements of the subject: 1. Attendance on lectures and practices (maximum 2 absences are allowed). 2. To accomplish the semester and to obtain the final evaluation at least 6,5 points (50%) must be collected. Points can be obtained as follows: One Test: 13 points 3. Based on the collected points in the semester (maximum 13 points) the grades are determined with the following scale: 87 – 100 % excellent (5) 75 – 86 % good (4) 63 – 74 % satisfactory (3) 50 – 62 % pass (2) 0 – 49 % fail (1) 4. Any unsuccessful test can be corrected once at the end of the semester.
