Oktatás célja
Introduction of the advanced machining processes and equipment (Water-jet and Abrasive-jet machining, Laser-beam machining, Electrical-discharge Machining, Chemical and Electrochemical machining). Give an overview about the plastic and composite forming and shaping; powder metal processes and ceramics shaping. Deal with special attention to rapid-prototyping processes and operations. Fabrication of microelectronic devices, soldering and pick and place solutions. Finally, review the surface treatments, coating, cleaning and adhesive-bonding technologies. Summary of the technologies via gear production. Students who meet the requirements of the course have sufficient knowledge of state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, plastic processing, electronic component manufacturing, and surface related technologies.
