- Research exercise on the primary sources of the Vera and Donald Blinken Open Society Archive (Budapest), focusing on the Latin American theme, getting to know the 20th century historical background in relation to this region and Hungary.

- Ágnes Judit Szilágyi, szilagyi.agnes@btk.elte.hu Adrian-Georg Matus, adrian-george.matus@alumni.eui.eu During the archival work, the professors leading the seminar actively encouraged the students to use the archives to begin their investigation. The lessons discussed the issues of document provenance, archival maintenance and metadata.

- The methodology of the seminar work and the list of readings are developed and determined by the professors leading the seminar together with the students, during the first sessions, depending on the number, composition, and qualifications of those applying for the ERASMUS course.
