- This course is designed to introduce students to key themes and issues relating to movies made in and of Ireland during the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Students are asked to watch the films prior to the weekly seminars.
- Tantárgy tartalma
- This seminar offers an exciting journey down the history of Irish, American and British filmmaking. We discuss different movies each week; the hope is that during the discussions students learn the appropriate vocabulary for analysing movies.

- Final mark is based on the mark received for the end-of-term in-class essay and on the student’s work during seminars.
