- Students are prepared for German linguistic studies with this lecture.
- Course content
- During the lecture, students will learn about the concept of language, language families. They will learn about the concept of a linguistic sign, its properties and types. They will then gain an insight into the different levels of language: phonetics/phonology, morphology, syntax, lexicology, linguistics of texts.
- Assessment method
- exam The course material will be assessed in the form of a written or oral exam during the exam period. The exam questions will be announced by the lecturer during the first lecture.
