- The aim is to teach Dutch as a foreign language to students who are aiming to teach Dutch as a second language. The aim of language practice 1 is to have reached level A1+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the rules of Dutch language (grammar, vocabulary). Basic knowledge of the varieties of the Dutch languages and their differences. Basic knowledge of the culture, geography and society of the areas where Dutch is a mother tongue. Language proficiency to read, write and speak on a basic level. Knowledge of the peculiarities of classroom communication.

- Grammar and vocabulary exercises, listening, reading and writing tasks Lessons on acquiring knowledge about culture, social issues, politics, literature in the various Dutch language areas Basic knowledge of linguistics

- 2 written tests, 1 oral placement test
