- The seminar focuses on the recognition of the morpho-semantic and pragmatic characteristics of the German language, as well as the characteristics and stylistic traits of individual text types. The aim of the seminar is to enable students to formulate their thoughts and views with varied and adequate linguistic devices, without disturbing mistakes and to correct their own grammatical (morphological, syntactical) mistakes. Knowledge: The students know the rules of spoken and written German. They have knowledge about the varieties and registers of German. They know about the standard methods of the reception of German texts and the accepted contexts of their interpretation. Skills: The students are able to communicate correctly and efficiently in German. They are able to use German fluently, confidently and appropriately in the given context. They are able to write and speak correctly, intelligibly and appropriately. Attitudes: The students aim to continuously develop their linguistic, grammatical and lexical knowledge. They are open to the reception and procession of new linguistic phenomena. They aim for the continuous development of their linguistic knowledge. Autonomy and responsibility: The students apply their grammatical and lexical knowledge in their autonomous learning and self-awareness. They take responsibility for their individual and collective professional development and aim at establishing their professional awareness.
- Course content
- During the seminar, students will continue their deeper knowledge of German word forms, the structure and rules of the structures used so far. They will compile word lists on a chosen topic, write a report, collect and organise information. They acquire words and phrases, expand their vocabulary and foreign language competence.

- practical course mark (1 to 5) Leistungsnachweis: Kurztest (60%), Kursmappe / Mündliche Mitarbeit / Textarbeit (40%)
