- knowledge: the presentation of the basic questions of morpho-syntactic analysis. Know the rules and registers of spoken and written Italian, and able to apply them effectively according to the actual linguistic context. skills: the students will be able to understand the terminology of modern linguistics and the characteristics of the morphological and syntactic system (which means the development of their systematizing skills); they will be more conscious of the linguistic devices while using the language, and also their interrelation recognizing skill will get developed. Able to use Italian fluently, correctly, confidently and according to the actual linguistic context. attitude: the students will be able to reflect on and choose between the various methodological approaches autonomy and responsibility: the students will use consciensciously the methods required by their special fields, and accept the different methodological characteristics of other scientific fields.
- Course content
- The aim of the course is the presentation of how the noun phrases work in the Italian language. The course is based on the practical knowledge students have acquired during courses Italian grammar practice 1 and 2. Syllabus: Parts of speech. – Word, sentence, syntagm.– Phrases with nouns. 1. Noun phrases. Characteristics of the noun. Complements. 2. Adjectival phrases. Characteristics of the adjective. Complements. 3. Determinants. Determinants used as pronouns. 4. Pronouns. Personal (and reflexive) pronouns.
