Contrary to the earlier historical and literary subjects, it is not intended to review the historical and literary process, but to study the works of outstanding writers and the genres characteristic of these epochs. The basis of the work is the reading of original texts, their understanding, interpretation, literary analysis, supplemented by work with the texts of university textbooks on the history of Polish literature. Students will get acquainted with a full philological workshop in Polish. During classes in the form of a lecture, held in Polish, students will gain knowledge in the field of Old Polish literature.
