- The course explores the social issues of the Nordic countries today, the Scandinavian everyday life in the broad sense, from the industrial revolution to the present day, the Scandinavian cultural identity constructs, the phenomena of Scandinavian cultural influence, including the reasons for the success of Scandinavian popular culture in the last few decades.
- Course content
- The course provides an overview of the development of Scandinavian fine arts, music, performing arts and film culture from the Modern Breakthrough to the present.
