- This course is designed for non-law students. Therefore, its objective is to demonstrate how rational business decisions are to be made in a legal environment and what kind of issues are to be considered in the decision-making process. Since business is global, and the course is in English, the operation of fundamental legal institutions is discussed in an international context. - Prerequisites This is a 100-level introductory course with no prerequisites at all.
