- The aim of the course is to get students acquainted with the challenges and difficulties of running and leading organizations. Participants will learn about the basic concepts of strategic management, management consulting, organizational development and project management. This course also provides students with the theoretical knowledge and technical skills to manage diverse personalities and solve workplace conflicts. Finally, participants will get to know the modern management theories and their lessons, as well as the most important challenges of today's leaders, such as sustainability and leadership in a turbulent environment. Intended Learning Outcomes: Through the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in this course, students will be able to use management and leadership tools, analyze and create organizational strategy and treat different organizational areas as a system, based on the modern leadership theories.
