- Learning outcomes
- The operation of the Internal Market is based on the free movement of goods, persons, services and capital. The course intends to provide an overview on the basic institutions and legal sources of the EU Internal Market Law. The lectures will rely mainly on the relevant provisions of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and secondary EU law sources as well as the judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
