- The course gives a brief introduction to the legal issues of international art trade. It gives an overview about the most important legal sources, stakeholders and issues. It presents the fundamental differences in national laws regarding the substantive law and conflict-of-laws regulation of art trade. The course is announced for full time students as well as Erasmus students.
