By examining key sources, principles, and related instruments of space law, the class will explore critical challenges currently facing the global space community.

Other sources of space law – soft law instruments and national space law legislation 4. Military uses of outer space 5. Radio frequencies and orbital management in the context of the long-term sustainability of outer space activities 6. Space resources activities 7. Remote sensing and Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) 8. Exam
