- How do political actors use marketing techniques to reach their voters and achieve their political goals? After a brief introduction to the history of political marketing, we will review the theories and practices that have shaped political campaigns in recent decades. In addition to political branding, targeting and positioning, we will also look at current narratives and visual trends in political communication.
