This course is designed to introduce students to the works of Oscar Wilde and George Bernard Shaw.
Course content
Set texts include The Importance of Being Earnest and “The Ballad of Reading Gaol” by Oscar Wilde, and Arms and the Man, St Joan and Farfetched Fables by George Bernard Shaw.
Assessment method
Final mark is based on the mark received for the end-of-term in-class essay and on the student’s work during seminars.
