The course ’Landscape Research 2’ provides an overview of historical and ecological aspects of landscapes, emphasizing the impact of agriculture, water regulation, forestry, and mining.
Course content
Students gain skills in using historical maps, GIS, and remote sensing, as well as applying AI in visual reconstruction. The program highlights the integration of traditional ecological knowledge and approaches to sustainable management. Competences include critical analysis, landscape reconstruction, and practical field mapping methods.
Assessment method
Successful completion of 2 tests, submission of 1 report
