- Oktatás célja
- The primary aim of the course is to widen the participants’ literary horizon through complex, multi-contextual analyses of early modern plays.
- Tantárgy tartalma
- Throughout the course, theatrical pieces will be discussed with a strong focus on the interrelatedness of cultural history and literature. The course also highlights certain parallels and interactions between the dramatic pieces and the various sister arts such as music, architecture, and fine arts.
- Számonkérés és értékelés
- Reading of set texts is essential. Assessment will be based upon the performance of thorough readings, as well as interactive participation in seminar work, individual contributions, minor presentations, and an end-term essay.
