- Oktatás célja
- The main aim of the course is to offer students a survey of Anglophone postcolonial literature from different geographical regions. The course also focuses on introducing students to the main directions of postcolonial studies and how and why this may be relevant to not only postcolonial societies.
- Tantárgy tartalma
- Selected literary works from Africa, the Caribbean and India as well as other non-fiction publication that may assist students in contextualizing and understanding the assigned literary works.
- Számonkérés és értékelés
- Exam mark offered in advance on the basis of in-class activity, a presentation or a shorter mid-term assignment and a home paper of cca. 5-6 pages.
