- The aim of the seminar is to familiarise students with current archiving practices in ethnography. Ethical, methodological and technical issues and problems. Another objective of the seminar is to enable students to digitally archive their own collection materials. The course will be practically oriented, using interactive visits to institutions and digital tools and techniques.

- Max. three absences Completion of a task related to the readings in Canvas (quiz and forum) digital archiving and uploading of own field research material as specified, with related tasks (transcription of interviews, time-code, extracts, documentation of photographs, uploading metadata in shared Excel) institutional visits (note-taking) and writing a blog post: student's eyes on the .... collection? (3-5 pages in length)
