- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the triple function of aspectual conjunctions – attitude pair formation, spatial meaning, action quality meaning. The aspectual and action quality function of some formatives. Affixal synonymy and homonymy. Action qualities as morphematically marked semantic modifications of the base verb according to specific types of meaning. Types of temporal, quantitative and resultative qualities of action. The degree and quantity of the intensity of the action, the mixing of the mentioned meaning elements in the verb. Analysis of text examples on fiction material.
