- Students develop their methodological competencies that are necessary for conducting science education sessions in English in kindergarten, and also gain practice through micro-teaching and reflection. They explore the characteristics of the natural processes of early childhood learning. They broaden their theoretical and methodological knowledge by using English theoretical and methodological sources.

- Course content
- The concepts of science, learning and understanding. The way children learn about their environment; curiosity, motivation. Concept building and the prior knowledge. The aims of teaching science, the steps of planning teaching. Indirect teaching and discovery learning; science activities, experiments and models. Using English resources for improving students' scientific knowledge and finding creative teaching ideas.
