Knowledge of the basic concepts of andragogy, LLL, LLG, career guidance, labour market services, pedagogical accompaniment of adults and the tasks of a special education teacher; the transfer of basic knowledge on which specialisation specifics can be built; and awareness-raising alongside horizontal messages: Respect for an adult the presence of a human rights model ethical implications joy in adulthood

Andragogy; LLL, basic concepts Complex, interdisciplinary concept, interpretation of quality of life, psychological well-being, influencing factors, etc. As a professional service task, the possibilities of career guidance (individual, group) human resources organisation are the essence of the organization of human resources; special education teacher in vocational training; guidance, LLG Labour market knowledge (supply and demand, interests) basic concepts of changed working capacity, rehabilitation, protection of interests; situation of people with disabilities in the labour market, alternative services, transit services, opportunities and tasks of special education teachers, cooperation with other actors/professionals Challenges of the institutional system, transformation-generated special education tasks e.g., preparation for supported housing, assessment of the needs profile, role of case carrier, Tasks of special education teachers resulting from a paradigm shift – self-determination, advocacy; Tasks of special education induced by rhythm of life e.g., leisure time, special art workshop, sports, etc., joy Special education tasks resulting from legal changes – supported decision-making, guardianship Special education tasks arising from age change – sexuality, romantic relationships Basics of Gerontology; ageing, death and grief; escorting temporary and crisis situations
