Learning outcomes
Relying on a selection of Victorian texts the aim of the course is to deepen the students understanding of English culture, lirerature and language.
Course content
Victorian literature: prose as well as poetry.
Assessment method
Written ’exam’, in two parts: in the middle of the term and at the end. Evaluation: preparation for classes, contribution to discussions, results of the ’exam’.
