- Aim of the course: Learning Objective: In depth learning of NVC model Resolving internal Conflicts NVC based helping skills Learning outcome, competences knowledge: Students will acquire knowledge about: NVC model. Different techniques of NVC model attitude: Students will acquire intervention skills Increasing self-esteem and self-confidence Gaining insight into personal challenges skills: Applying the model of Marshall Rogenberg, develop the assertiveness skills Applying the basic and advanced counselling communications skills The ability to integrate and interpret information in the context counseling
